Just a quick update. I enabled SIMD SSE4 processing for my game engine, so now matrix computations on the CPU side are computed much faster. This was a major optimization, as matrix operations were one of the slowest portions of my game engine.
Also, I am still working on the decal creation as we speak. I’m having to do finals this week so I won’t be able to work much on my game engine until Winter break begins.
